The Library possesses a strong collection of educational resources to support the academic community. At present, it contains approximately 15,000 books in the principal domain, i.e. Law. It also offers access to over 29,300 + E-books from publishers like Oxford, Cambridge, Springer, Sage, McGraw Hill, Taylor Francis, and others. The Library subscribes to more than 15 academic journals, magazines, and newspapers in different languages. It also features E-journal collections from JSTOR, Cambridge University Press, H.W. Wilson, Oxford University Press, Indian Journals, Annual Review, and more. The library's housekeeping activities are managed through SOUL 3.0 software.

The establishment of a separate section of LL.M. books for the 2-year LL.M. program in Group II- Business Law and Group V- Criminal Laws at the University of Mumbai was initiated in the year 2022-23, and the has been expanding every year.
